Evan started the company in 2022 and has since became a dangerous power to the Twin Cities real estate market. Evan assists his clientele in a mix of residential and commercial transactions. He specializes in the purchase and sale of homes, managing rental properties, fix and flips, net leasing, commercial multifamily, business acquisition, land and development as well architectural design.
Evan brings with him an impressive background of valuable experience and insight along with his real estate market knowledge. Having received over $130,000 in academic scholarships after graduating with the highest possible honors as Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA with several designations, Evan is currently a studying architect in Minneapolis receiving MIT and Harvard Law School certifications. He has forged his knowledge in building construction, property development, design, negotiation, finance and wealth management. He understands the real estate world in a way that many can’t because unlike most, he designs it.
Outside of work Evan enjoys traveling, golf, church, working out, and spending quality time with his friends and family. Every Wednesday and Sunday you can find Evan volunteering at River Valley Church as a Youth Leader, Small Group Leader, and Kids Volunteer. He enjoys staying active and working out everyday. Some of his favorite places to travel are Duluth, Barcelona, Panama City, and the Caribbean.

YWAM (Youth with a Mission)
YWAM Missionary Jp Hill in Cambodia and Panama.
YWAM is a Global Missionary Organization with 1500 bases in 187 countries. Evan has sent 9 YWAM missionaries to places like Cambodia, Panama, Mexico, and Hawai’i for things like discipleship school and outreach to preach the Gospel to those who have never had the opportunity to hear it.
International Church of Barcelona (ICB)

ICB is multi-lingual international church located in the heart of Barcelona, Spain. There Evan has ran Vacation Bible Schools for kids ages 3-12, helped launch their outreach cafe, and most recently is assisting the development of their new 120,000 SF building. In just 4 days Evan and his team hand-removed over 160 tons of rubble saving the church hundreds of thousands of dollars. Evan continues to regularly travel to ICB and support the church.
River Valley Church

River Valley is a global church based in Minnesota committed to reaching the world and supporting the Kingdom. They are on their way to 20,000 people gathered in Sundays and sending 500 long term missionaries across the world. The church annually gives over and above their tithe to the tune of 12 million dollars to their Kingdom Builder Program where they support over 100 initiatives for global missions, local church expansion, and future generations of Christian leaders. Evan has been leading the next generation here for over 3 years.
SALT Network

SALT is a network across the U.S. committed to planting churches at major universities and reaching college students. SALT is working on 40 churches across 15 states with over 8,000 college students in attendance. Ames SALT was pivotal point in Evan Bode’s faith journey so he returns the favor by pouring out into college students now at St. Paul SALT.
Venture & 30 for Freedom

30 for Freedom is a nonprofit working towards ending human trafficking once and for all. Venture is a non profit organization that targets refugees, human trafficking, extreme poverty, and oppression throughout Asia developing long-term programs that break cycles of starvation, lack of education, human trafficking and the unequal distribution of the gospel. Evan has ran several marathons for Venture and 30 for Freedom.
